You can terminate your subscription at any time, following the procedure provided in your contract. More details about early termination conditions can be found in the FAQ section below on this page.
Every device you rent with Keenget is either new or like new. Before the devices are rented again, they go through a detailed quality check so that each device arrives in excellent condition.

Frequently Asked Questions
Check your outstanding payments and make sure that all payments are paid in full. Request the compensation amount, which is the difference between the rent for the actual period and the payments already made. You can request the amount at contact@keenget.ro .
Send the termination notice at least 15 days before the desired date of termination of the contract. After payment, return the product with all accessories in the original or similar packaging within 2 days of the end of use.
The Lessor will inspect the product and confirm the termination. In case of damage beyond normal wear and tear, the costs of repair or replacement will be borne by the Lessee.
Important:
Failure to return the product on time automatically extends the contract by another month. Delaying payment for more than one month gives the Lessor the right to terminate the contract without prior notice.

All the electronics you find at Keenget are new. Moreover, all our devices are under warranty. When you receive them, be sure to store, install, use and maintain them according to the manufacturer's instructions. In short, that you treat them with the care you usually give to the things you care about.
We know you can get attached to the electronics you use. That's why, during the first 11 months of the rental contract, you have the opportunity to buy the rented product at a special price.
