The products are delivered in optimal working order, according to the manufacturer's specifications. These are either new or in like new (refurbished) condition. The customer is responsible for keeping the product in good working order during the rental period.
Keenget covers the costs of delivering the product when it is ordered and the costs of returning the product at the end of the rental period. Customer is responsible for any additional delivery charges unless otherwise agreed with Keenget.
If the payment pre-authorization has been canceled by Keenget , the funds are automatically released, according to Visa , Mastercard and PSD2 Directive standards.
How it works:
Pre-authorization temporarily blocks funds for verification. After cancellation, the payment provider initiates the release of funds.
Return time:
1–7 business days for domestic transactions.
Up to 14 business days for international transactions.
Cancellation confirmation:
The customer receives an email notification confirming the cancellation.
Keenget can provide the status "Authorization Voided" and the transaction ID for bank reference.
Recommendation:
If the funds are not returned within 14 business days , please contact your bank and provide the transaction ID . Keenget can provide you with additional information if necessary.
Yes, you have the right to buy the product after the end of the rental period, as long as you have fulfilled all the terms of the contract. Keenget will notify you and you will have 3 days to accept the purchase offer.
